Nick will join the Robert Allen Law yacht team, working on complex yacht-related litigation as well as purchase and sale agreements, financing agreements, vessel construction/refit contracts, brokerage contracts, employment contracts, and vessel documentation. Prior to joining Robert Allen Law, Nick worked at the Public Defender’s Office in Palm Beach County for two years. 

Nick graduated from St. Thomas University in Miami. Before law school (and on a part-time basis throughout), Nick was the captain of a 65-foot sport fish yacht. Recently, Nick won the Palm Beach County Bar Association’s Young Lawyer’s Scales of Justice Fishing Tournament, where he served as captain and helped raise donations for the Legal Aide Society. 

When asked about his new position, Nick said, “I very much look forward to working with Bob and the Robert Allen Law team. I believe my knowledge of law and background in yachting combined with the expertise of the firm will provide great experiences for our clients.”
