Robert Allen Law, the South-Florida based international corporate legal boutique firm with a focus in yacht transactions, is pleased to announce that Adrian Karborani and Roberto Rodriguez Allen have become partners in the firm, and David Borinsky has joined the firm as tax attorney.
Adrian Karborani, who clerked for RAL during law school, joined the firm as an attorney in 2019 working in the Corporate, Yacht Law, and Litigation departments at the firm. His practice is focused on superyacht transactions, secured marine lending, real estate transactions, and international and corporate law.
Roberto Rodriguez Allen joined Robert Allen Law in 2021. Prior to joing RAL, Roberto worked at some of the largest law firms in the world in their Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions departments. At RAL, Roberto’s practice areas include mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance, capital investments, and financing transactions.
David Borinsky has been practicing tax law since 1983. An accomplished tax attorney, he holds an LLM in Taxation from NYU and an LLM in International Tax Law from University of Leiden. David brings decades of experience working in private practice as a corporate, real estate and tax lawyer.
