Andréa Sinacola
Andréa Sinacola is an Associate at Robert Allen Law, where she practices in the Corporate Law and Yacht Transaction divisions. Andréa’s familiarity with the yacht industry began at a young age participating in many offshore powerboat races across the Great Lakes of Michigan and assisting her family’s custom boat company at international boat shows. Before joining Robert Allen Law, Andréa practiced in Chicago and Texas at boutique and national firms. She litigated complex commercial cases including civil fraud actions, contract disputes, and insurance matters. In addition to law, Andréa started a concept store in the Dallas Design District, incorporating rare antiques with her furniture designs; after one year of opening, NBC featured her work on Texas Today. Andréa approaches legal matters with the cognizance of a litigator and the perspective of a business owner, making her a dynamic addition to Robert Allen Law.
