Brook Somerville

Robert Allen Law is pleased to welcome Brook Sommerville to our litigation team.

Brook earned her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2022 and her B.S. in Entrepreneurship, magna cum laude, from the University of Tampa. Before joining the firm, she practiced at a maritime litigation firm, where she practiced admiralty and maritime law representing vessel owners, marinas, and commercial towing companies.

Originally from Tampa, Florida, Brook comes from a family with multi-generational roots in the marine industry. She has spent her life on the water, boating throughout Florida and the Bahamas. Her work ethic and genuine passion for boating make her well suited to her areas of practice.
